Pomodoro Technique is a very popular time management technique developed in late 1980s by Francesco Cirillo. Basically it breaks the tasks into number of pomodoros which is usually of 25 minutes followed by short break. The Length of each pomodoro and short break can also be of different intervals such as 50-10 or 25-5 depending upon your focus level. Only catch is that you don't have to break the pomodoro in between.
